Phil Eason founded this company on the premise that customers want and need individual attention. We started as a family business, filling a niche for custom construction in a growing Englewood area. Through more than a quarter century, we have stayed true to these roots by simply doing what we do best: treating each project as a unique challenge and each customer as a working partner.
Phil and his wife Gail want every customer to feel that each project is a team effort. Their philosophy that it is of the highest importance to keep lines of communication open is what keeps any job running smoothly. “Whether it be meetings with design professionals, subcontractors, or local merchants, or simply day in and day out discussions about scheduling or quality, we know how to keep our customers integrated into the process.”
